Paid Reviews & Review Management

Paid review programmes that platforms do not roll back

Eleven reviews against a competitor's ninety loses deals you never hear about. We fix the gap using real customers and each platform's own incentive rules, so the reviews stay up.

You are probably here because

One of these sounds familiar.

  • A competitor has five times your review count on the site your buyers read.
  • You asked customers once, got six reviews, and nothing since.
  • Someone offered you cheap reviews and you want to know what the catch is.

Paid Reviews & Review Management in detail

The line we will not cross

Every major platform allows incentivised reviews under conditions. The reviewer has to be a genuine, verifiable customer. The incentive has to be declared where the platform asks. Nobody may write the review or ask for a rating.

That is the only model we run. We turn down work that asks for invented reviews, and we will turn down yours. Not out of principle alone: a delisting is a far worse reputation event than the one you came to us with, and it is permanent.

If somebody has quoted you a very low price per review, that is what they are selling you.

What you get

  • G2, Capterra and GartnerThe three that decide B2B software deals, each run to its own rules.
  • Trustpilot and TrustRadiusConsumer trust and detailed B2B evaluations.
  • App Store and Google PlayRating recovery and prompt timing that asks happy users, not annoyed ones.
  • Real customers onlySourced from your list, verified by the platform, never scripted.
  • Replies on every reviewIncluding the bad ones, which is where most of the trust is won.
  • Compliance check firstBefore a single request goes out, so nothing gets pulled down later.

How we work

First we claim and complete your profile, then we check your incentive plan against each platform's current policy. This is the step everyone skips and it is the step that decides whether the programme survives.

Then we run it at a planned pace. Forty reviews landing in one week looks exactly like what it is. Spread properly, the same forty look like a healthy product.

We reply to every incoming review, good and bad. An absent vendor reads worse than a criticised one.

Questions

Paid Reviews & Review Management FAQs

Incentivised reviews are allowed on every major platform as long as three things are true: the reviewer is a real verified customer, the incentive is declared where the platform requires it, and nobody influences the rating or the wording. Fake reviews are a different thing entirely, they break platform rules and consumer law, and they get companies delisted.

It depends on the platform, because the effort is different. G2 and Capterra sit at one rate, Gartner Peer Insights higher because the verification is much heavier, Product Hunt lower. We quote per verified review that actually publishes, not per request sent.

Yes, and it is usually the first thing we do. A well-written public reply to a one-star review converts better than the review damages, because the next reader sees a company that handles problems. Where a review genuinely breaks platform policy we will file for removal.
